Shipping

All orders of Mäul. Apparel clothing, excluding underwear, are printed to order.

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and shipped.

For non-apparel items, please allow for 1-2 business days for processing.

The shipping times below account solely for the transit time between our warehouse and your shipping address.

Please note: We do not deliver to APO/FPO Addresses or P.O. Boxes. If such an address is entered, this may cause a delay in your order due to the carrier rejecting delivery.

For international clients, we have a secondary warehouse located in Riga, Latvia. Most international orders will ship from this location. Please be aware that not all products are available to be printed from this location. In the case that your order is placed from an international address and has to be printed in our USA warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know about the additional delay. Please refer to the USA to Worldwide transit times for this situation.

Maul Apparel is not responsible for any duty fees, custom fees, or other charges when shipping to international clients (including Canada). These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. Tracking numbers may or may not be provided for international customers depending on your location. Maul Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the carrier.

All orders are shipped via either USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Rates vary based on type of item, quantity, and shipping destination. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or the price of shipping, please email us at info@maulapparel.com.

Q

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or exchange?

A

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all products, except underwear and leggings, within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Before sending the item back, please contact us using our Contact form or by sending an email to info@maulapparel.com. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

When emailing, please use the subject line "Refund(or Exchange) for Order" followed by your order number.

Include your name, date of purchase, original shipping address, and order number so we can best assist you.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition. Maul must receive the item(s) in question within 7 days of the return/exchange confirmation.

Underwear and Leggings are not eligible for returns or exchanges at any time.

There's an issue with my order. How do I get in contact with you?

If there are ever any issues with your order, please use our Contact form or send an email with your name, date of purchase, original shipping address, and order number to info@maulapparel.com.

When emailing, please use the subject line "Issue with Order" followed by your order number.

I'm an artist and I'm interested in creating a design for Maul. How can I become one of your featured designers?

A

We select our artists very carefully and typically will reach out to you. However if you would like to send us your portfolio, you may do so using our Contact form.

Please be sure to include a SFW link to your portfolio.

If your art is not available online, you may also email your portfolio to info@maulapparel.com.

Please be sure to include "Artist Portfolio" in the subject of your email.

I'm a retailer interested in offering your products in my online and/or brick & mortar store. Can I make a wholesale purchase?

A

Maul Apparel holds a strict copyright over all products sold within our store. You may not buy and resell our products through any medium (online, in-person, or through any other method) without our written and explicit permission.

If you are a retailer or business looking to offer our products within your store, please send an email to info@maulapparel.com with details regarding your business structure, the designs you're interested in offering, and the amount of product you're looking to purchase.

Please be sure to include "Retailer Inquiry" in the subject of your email.

I have a youtube video, convention, event, or project where I would like to feature Mäul. products. How can I contact you?

If you have a project you'd like to feature our products in, please contact us using our Contact form.

Include details of your project, the designs you're interested in, and the best way to reach you. We will review your proposal and contact you as soon as we are able.
